Located in the Gold Coast’s prestigious Sovereign Islands, Knightsbridge Residence is a modern take on a traditionally inspired home built over 4 levels, designed for island-living, connection with the outdoors and waterways of the Gold Coast, with the luxury of a high end penthouse internally.
Due to the views on offer, large doors and windows were a must to capture all the site had to offer and thus, the privacy looking back in was also a big factor, one key in bringing the pool back up into the footprint of the site, allowing the house to wrap around it and tuck it in more to create the sense of a secluded, more private pool and outdoor entertaining area.
The interior was designed to complement the exterior form and style, create a high end product that addresses the prestige and sophistication of its location. Throughout, high end finishes such as natural stone and travertine balance to create an inviting and warm house, exuding the high end feel the house calls for.
